Fall Music program Resumes Wednesday, September 7th
Music groups at Grace Lutheran are a great way to spend time with your fellow Christian friends, learn a new musical skill or continue to grow your musical talents in a group setting.  All adults (High School and up) are welcome to join - friends and relatives too!  If you would like to be a part of our musical groups that meet weekly together, here is our Wednesday music practice schedule:
5:15 PM - Praise Band Practice  Come join us this year in singing or playing newer and more contemporary Christian Praise Music.  If you play an instrument that can be used in Praise to God, come and join Praise Band!  If you like learning new songs, maybe even something you just heard on a Christian Radio station, come and join Praise Band.
6:30 PM - Handchimes Practice  If you've always wondered how a group of people can work together and chime beautiful music for our services - come and join Handchimes!  There are plenty of chimes available and just the right size for you!  Our 'veteran' ringers have years of combined ringing experience and can excellently teach and guide any new ringer successfully!  (Note recognition and being able to count up to 2, 3 or 4 helpful, but not required!)
7:30 PM - Adult Choir Practice  Maybe singing is your thing!  Most of our choir music is arranged in four-part harmony.  So whether you sing high or low, there is a part just for you!  Questions?  Feel free to contact me by phone 897-4380 or by e-mail at ann.herr@hotmail.com 

WOMEN OF GRACE OFFER EQUAL EXCHANGE COFFEE Our women’s group is selling coffee from the LWR Coffee Project. Equal Exchange (Fair Trade) pays a fair price to the farmer helping to build pride, independence, and community empowerment for small farmers and their families in Latin America, Africa and Asia. In addition to using the coffee at the church for times of fellowship, the Women of Grace will offer packaged bags of coffee for sale in the narthex.  Please help to support this project. Checks should be made out to “Women of Grace.”  

ALTAR FLOWERS are available from Pick ‘N Save each week. The cost for a centerpiece is $23; two side vases are $43 and for both arrangements the cost is $63. Flowers can  be given in honor or memory of a special person or event.
GREETERS are sought to welcome worshippers each Sunday morning. We ask that you arrive about 20 minutes prior to worship.  
BAKERS to provide about 4 dozen treats for fellowship are also requested.
